Jeff Staggs, MCC (USA)
Chair
Jeff is President of Business Coaching International. A professional coach for the last twenty years with an international practice, Jeff brings wisdom and a unique depth of experience to his work. As a coach and trusted advisor to senior executives and their teams, he focuses with leaders to deliver sustainable results in terms of a triple bottom line: people, profit, and planet. In addition, he trains and assists organizations in developing their internal coaching competency. Jeff also specializes in coaching professional transitions and is the principle author of A Better Way to Live & Work, a guide for renewing and creating sustainable lives and work.
Jeff is credited as being one of the founders of ICF and the Minnesota Coaches Association and has been on the ICF Credentialing Committee since its inception. He is also passionate about supervising and training coaches and is committed to forwarding the coaching profession. Jeff resides just outside Minneapolis Minnesota with his family where he enjoys living close to nature. He shares this love of nature through leading the Men’s Wilderness Journey, a time of reflection and renewal, twice a year. jeff@bcicoaching.com

Lyn Allen, MCC, PMC (USA)
Chair, Mind, Body & Spirit Area of Focus
Lyn integrates the technology of coaching with a heart-centered approach. She describes her work as “organic coaching,” in which mind, body and spirit are explored as an integrated whole. This synthesis becomes the basis for clients’ expansion and movement toward desired outcomes.
A member of the original faculty and advisory board with CoachU, and a graduate of the groundbreaking 3 year Coaching With Love program, Lyn invites her clients to explore what is “beyond,” including beyond need, beyond attraction and beyond old patterns that limit your heart’s voice in the world. Coaching a wide variety of clients, Lyn also works with coaches at all phases in their practices, from newer coaches starting out to senior coaches rethinking their next “beyond.”
Jane Cocking, MCC (USA/UK)

Jane Cocking is an executive coach, strategic thinker and facilitator of leadership skills training that brings about personal and organizational transformation. She is passionate about working with people who envision, create and sustain healthier lives for themselves, their organizations, and ultimately the world. Cocking has created numerous programs that re-tool leaders with the capabilities essential for leading the challenges faced by organizations of the 21st century. She co-authored Coaching and Feedback, a program that won a top-10 award from HR Executive magazine. Cocking has vast international experience and has worked in more than 50 countries and with people from all over the globe.
Cocking is a principal with Wisdom Works, a women-owned Colorado-based company, and a firm dedicated to setting the standard for leadership in the 21st century.
Sharon I. Coleman, MBA, CPCC, ACC (USA)

Sharon is a blessed woman whose faith fuels her passion for the coaching profession. Sharon’s diverse corporate experience in administration, sales, education & training, staffing & recruiting and organization development (OD) provided her with a firm foundation for her formal transition into the coaching industry. She has over eight years of experience as a corporate internal coach working with emerging leaders in the areas of leadership, performance and team building.
Sharon has an MBA in Human Resources with a specialty in OD, from the University of Dallas, Irving, Texas. She earned her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute and her coaching credential from the ICF. Sharon is an active member of the international and Dallas/Fort Worth ICF organizations.
Hidetake (Hide) Enomoto, PCC, CPCC (Japan)
Co-Chair, Impact in the World Area of Focus
Hide has been a professional coach since 1996 and has been offering coaching and leadership trainings around the world through CTI for the last eight years. He is the founder of CTI Japan and has played a key role in introducing coaching to Japan. One of his current projects includes teaching coaching and leadership skills to community leaders in South East Asia whose mission is to empower the underserved people in that region. He is the author of a best-selling book, Stretch Your People by Coaching (PHP Institute, 1999).
Virginia Kellogg, MCC, CPCC (USA)

Kellogg is co-founder of Leadership that Works, Inc., a coaching and training firm dedicated to spirited, results-oriented leadership development and coaching training. Kellogg is the designer of the Coaching for Transformation program at the New York Open Center, and is a faculty member of The Coaches Training Institute. She is a partner in the Coaching and Philanthropy project, a U.S. initiative that connects coaching, nonprofits and foundations. Kellogg is committed to the creation of a worldwide, inclusive movement to bring coaching skills to all people.
Giuseppe Meli, MCC (Italy)
Chair, Wisdom Circles Area of Focus
Meli discovered coaching when he was looking for effective ways to help people learn, grow and find deeper meaning in their lives. He worked as an HR manager for more then 10 years in different companies and industries, including banks and consulting, then decided to work as a coach full time, according to his life purpose. He's offered more than 5,000 hours of coaching to individuals and groups all around Europe. He is the director for Southern Europe of SUN - Success Unlimited Network LLC., a coach training organization that offers training for professional coaches all around the world. At the moment, he is sharing his passion for learning, offering coaching, team coaching, coach training and supervision for professional coaches in Italy and Spain. He is a speaker at conferences and events related to coaching in Europe and in the United States.
Suzanne Peters, MCC (France/Germany)

Peters was born in Germany and currently resides in France. She is founder of the LISTEN-IN-Group, The European Coaching Network. She dedicates her professional activity to executive coaching. Peters works in English and French with individuals and teams in leading international companies. Her company, BRAIN BOOSTER, is dedicated to leadership effectiveness coaching, transition and crisis coaching. She works with organizations to build human, sustainable performance and growth. In 2007, Peters published a book on burnout, Vaincre l’épuisement professionnel (Editions Robert Laffont). Her leitmotif: Crisis is an awesome opportunity to experience new patterns, accelerate a learning process, focus on the essential, develop creativity and implement deep evolutions.
Christine Turner, PhD, ACC (Canada)
Chair, Science & Coaching
Christine specializes in executive coaching and executive career transitions. She has fifteen years of experience coaching executives, high potential managers and professionals in a wide range of industries including IT, telecommunications, financial services, pharmaceuticals, professional services and packaged goods. Christine's research on coaching has been cited in publications across Europe and North America. She has published articles in the Ivey Business Journal, Coaching World and Strategic Human Resources.
Christine received her doctorate in Sociology from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Research Committee for the Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto.
Gillian Yourston, PCC (UK)
Co-Chair, Coaching & Organizations
Yourston is an experienced ICF Professional Certified Coach, working for IBM in the UK. She has spent the last four years coaching executives, professionals, consultants and entrepreneurs, both within and outside IBM. Her past business experience includes working as a technical solutions manager in IBM's outsourcing organization and prior to joining IBM, was the general manager of a financial services company. Yourston has a proven track record of achievement in using her skills, (Individual & Systems Coaching, NLP, Facilitation, Myers Briggs, Transactional Analysis and Leadership) to work with her clients, enabling them to gain personal insights and work with others more effectively.
